Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is a mental health condition characterized by a pervasive pattern of instability in mood, interpersonal relationships, self-image and behavior. This instability oftentimes leads to significant emotional distress and difficulties in functioning. People suffering from BPD have an intense fear of abandonment, self-harming behaviors, paranoia as well as impulsive behaviors.
If you suffer from BPD, it can feel so lonely. You are not alone and you there is a way to feel better, to work on stabilizing your mood, to heal from the fear of abandonment, calm those impulsive behaviors and so much more. People with BPD typically have complex trauma, a background of abandonment, abuse and chaos, to name a few things.
